CBData® Financial Reports
The Financial Reports SubTab has a variety of reports that are generated by single views and combined views of the data in the Personal, Medical and Financial Tabs.  Examples are a set of Data Locator Reports – one with values and one without values.  The Member can send a version of the Report to each of their “In Case of Emergency” (ICE) Personal Contacts, to their accountant and/or attorney.  This report will inform recipients of the whereabouts of all of the Member’s important information that they will need to locate if the Member becomes incapacitated or passes away.

Below are a representative set of Financial Tab reports.  To see any of them, click on the report name, to the left, in the tree directory.

Asset/Inventory Catalogue

A comprehensive catalogue of valuable belongings, by residence, is necessary in recovering from a natural disaster, a robbery and even for proper financial planning and family transitioning. It includes items like furniture, cars, electronic equipment, jewelry, antiques, wine collections and paintings; anything that has significant value to you. For each item, the catalogue records key information, such as a photo, a description, its current location, the purchase date, where it was acquired from, its value, the serial number, model number and warranty information, allowing you to attach additional documents, valuations and important information for each item. And our “moving truck” lets you easily “move” items from one location to another.

Properties

For each residence you input into the system, you can keep track of property financial details like assessment value and assessment date, property taxes, insurance fees, association fees, heating, electric and water. For any rental property, you can keep track of tenants' names and phone numbers, security deposis, rental amounts, lease durations and any rental terms.
