CBData® Pro IT Reports
The IT Reports SubTab has a variety of reports that are generated by single screen views and combined views of the data in the IT SubTabs, such as inventory and password reports. 

Below are a representative set of IT Tab reports.  To see any of them, click on the name, to the left, in the tree directory.


IT Passwords

The IT Passwords SubTab allows a User to keep track of any type of IT related Passwords that are used in the Business.  Examples of types of Passwords to track in the IT Passwords SubTab section, and can be printed in a report could be:
  •  Passwords that allow entry into PCs 
  •  Passwords that allow entry to online services
  •  Passwords that allow entry into data centers
There is also an event log that can retain historic passwords and can be printed out with the IT Passwords report.
 
IT Physical Inventory

The IT Physical Inventory SubTab is meant to allow a User to keep track of any type of physical equipment that is used in the Business.
Examples of types of physical inventory to track in the IT Physical Inventory SubTab section could be:
  • PCs  
  • Monitors
  • Printers  
  • Scanners  
  • Onsite Servers  
  • Onsite Backup Drives
  • Telephone Systems
  • Cell phones
Modems (wireless and dedicated)
The information is input directly onto the IT Physical Inventory SubTab, by Office Location and is printed out as a report to the User.

IT Virtual Inventory

The IT Virtual/Software Inventory SubTab is meant to allow the User to keep track of any type of virtual equipment (Internet based) or virtual software that is used in the Business.

Examples of types of Virtual or Virtual Software Inventory to track in the IT Virtual/Software Inventory SubTab section could be:
  • Hosting Providers (Internet Service Providers, called ISPs)
  • Offsite Servers (housed as places like Rackspace)
  • Physical Software that is housed on equipment outside of the Business’s office
  • Virtual Software, such as using QuickBooks online or Sharepoint
  • Social Media vehicles, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Offsite Backup Facilities, such as Dropbox or Carbonite
The information is input directly onto the IT Virtual/Software Inventory SubTab and is printed out as a report to the user.

IT Software Inventory

The IT Virtual/Software Inventory SubTab is meant to allow the User to keep track of any type of  software that is used in the Business.


Examples of types of Software Inventory to track in the IT Virtual/Software Inventory SubTab section could be:
  • Anti-virus software
  • Quicken, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and other productivity software that resides on your business computers.
The information is input directly onto the IT Virtual/Software Inventory SubTab and is printed out as a report to the user.

IT Tracker

Our IT Tracker keeps track of any of your additional technology activities or information not covered in our formal IT Tab.  The IT Tracker SubTab is meant to allow the User to keep track of any type of IT-related activities or project for a Business.  Examples might be researching a new ISP, keeping track of the steps needed for changing a website, monitoring the lifecycle for a new IT project and for storing other items, such as an IT Procedural Manual or the BCDR (business continuity and disaster recovery document, specifically for IT).
